Tracking

Live GPS tracking. A real answer when you call.

Call and we'll tell you where your car actually is — not a guess, a real GPS ping. "It's about three hours out, last checked in near the state line." That's the difference between hoping and knowing.

01

A real location once your vehicle's in transit.

Not a promise, not a guess — a GPS position pulled from the driver's app through Super Dispatch, the platform we use to run tracking.

02

Requested on every load, not left to chance.

We ask the carrier's dispatcher to enable tracking on every shipment — it's a step in how we run your order, not a feature you have to remember to ask for.

03

Pulled through our team, by design.

Call or text and we'll get you the most recent location and a rough drive-time estimate. Checks run through us rather than a public tracking link, on purpose — it keeps a driver hauling multiple cars from getting flagged down by every customer on the load, while you still get a real answer.

04

Honest about what it isn't.

Location pings depend on the driver's app and phone signal — not constant, not guaranteed down to the minute. We'll tell you that plainly instead of promising something the technology can't back up.

What We Can't Guarantee

Tracking depends on the assigned carrier actually enabling it. We require it in our carrier agreements and request it with the dispatcher on every load — but a carrier's compliance is theirs to give, not ours to force in the moment. On the rare load where a carrier doesn't turn it on, we'll still call directly for a status update, and address it with that carrier under our agreement. Either way, you get a real answer — just not always through GPS.
