The Price You Approve Is the Price You Pay.

Here's the honest version of how pricing works in this industry: the number you get when you first request a quote is an estimate. Nobody — not us, not anyone claiming a "real-time" or "AI-powered" calculator — knows exactly what a specific carrier will charge to haul your specific vehicle until we actually go find that carrier. If you're booking a few weeks out, that gap between "estimate" and "reality" can be real, especially in a volatile market.
So we don't pretend otherwise. What we promise is this: once we've secured your carrier and you've approved that exact price in writing, it doesn't move. That's the moment your price becomes final — not the moment you first got a number, but the moment a real number, tied to a real carrier, got your yes.
What happens after you approve
Once your price is approved and your carrier is dispatched, that number is locked. If that carrier falls through — cancels, no-shows, whatever the reason — and a replacement costs more, here's what we do, in order:
- We cut our own fee first. Our broker fee absorbs the gap before anything else does, down to $0 if that's what it takes.
- We always cover our own service and card-processing costs. Those never get passed to you, regardless of what else is happening.
- Beyond that, we cover up to $100 more, ourselves, out of pocket — on top of your originally approved total.
- If a gap is ever bigger than all of that combined, we call you before anything changes. You decide what happens next — wait for a better rate, approve a documented adjustment, or walk away with a full refund. You are never silently charged more than what you agreed to.
The one condition, explained plainly
This promise holds as long as you're not also booking or shopping the same vehicle with another broker while we're actively securing your carrier. That's not a fine-print trap — it's the only way the promise can mean anything. If two brokers are chasing the same load at the same time, carriers price it up or take it out from under both of us, and neither broker can actually keep a promise to you. If that ever becomes a factor, we'll tell you directly, not bury it in a document you never read.
What this looks like in practice
Say your approved price is $1,500. You approve it, we dispatch, and $1,500 is now your locked number.
If that carrier falls through and the only replacement available would bring the total to $1,600, you don't see a different number. We cover that $100 ourselves — you still pay $1,500.
Four Promises. One Remedy.
This is not a marketing position. These are operational commitments — specific, verifiable, and backed by a defined remedy if we fall short.
Itemized pricing — available before anything moves.
Your broker fee and carrier cost are tracked as separate line items, and an itemized breakdown is available to you on request at any point before your vehicle is dispatched. No bundled totals. No hidden margins.
Full payment collected only after you approve dispatch.
We don't collect payment until a licensed, insured carrier has been assigned, their credentials verified, and you have approved both the carrier and the rate in writing — shown as separate line items. Once you approve and payment is processed, you receive written dispatch confirmation including carrier name, DOT number, insurance verification, and your pickup window. Carrier contact details are provided at dispatch confirmation — after payment is processed and your shipment is active.
Every carrier verified before every dispatch — no exceptions.
Active FMCSA operating authority and current cargo insurance confirmed on every order. We also review the violation history behind each carrier's FMCSA safety data — not just their overall score, and not only whether they hold a formal safety rating, since most carriers are never formally rated. A single minor citation isn't automatically disqualifying; carriers with a pattern of serious or repeated violations — distracted driving, texting behind the wheel, excessive speed, or similar repeat offenses — are not used. Not just at onboarding. Not periodically. Every dispatch, every time. If a carrier's credentials don't clear, they don't get your vehicle.
A real person works your order from booking to delivery.
Not an automated system. Not a call center. A coordinator who knows your shipment, answers your calls, and follows up at pickup and delivery.
If We Fall Short
If Approved Auto Transport fails to deliver on any of these four promises, we will refund your broker fee in full within 5 business days of a verified claim. No lengthy claims process. If we didn't do what we said, you don't pay us for it.
This guarantee covers the broker fee paid to Approved Transport Group LLC only. It does not cover carrier transport costs, which are subject to the carrier's own cargo insurance and liability coverage.

What Approved Auto Transport Can't Guarantee — And Why
We can't guarantee exact pickup or delivery times to the hour — once a carrier is en route, weather, traffic, road closures, and federal hours-of-service regulations are outside anyone's control. We can't guarantee zero delays once your vehicle is in transit — but Approved Auto Transport can guarantee you won't be left in the dark. Your coordinator stays reachable from booking to delivery.
What Approved Auto Transport can guarantee is how we operate. That's the part we control — and the part we stand behind.
