Planned Community Road Network and Carrier Access
Columbia was built as a planned community with a distinctive road network designed around residential villages rather than a traditional grid. Many neighborhood streets within Columbia's village centers have limited carrier access for large multi-car haulers due to traffic circles, residential speed restrictions, and cul-de-sac layouts. We coordinate vehicle staging at accessible commercial corridors near Route 108, Route 175, and the US-29 corridor to ensure clean carrier access without navigating the residential village interiors.
