Your broker fee and carrier cost are quoted as separate line items and confirmed in writing before your vehicle is dispatched. You always know exactly what you're paying and to whom. No bundled totals. No hidden margins.
Full payment collected only after you approve dispatch.
We don't collect payment until a licensed, insured carrier has been assigned, their credentials verified, and you have approved both the carrier and the rate in writing — shown as separate line items. Once you approve and payment is processed, you receive written dispatch confirmation including carrier name, DOT number, insurance verification, and your pickup window. Carrier contact details are provided at dispatch confirmation — after payment is processed and your shipment is active.
Every carrier verified before every dispatch — no exceptions.
Active FMCSA operating authority, current cargo insurance, and acceptable safety rating confirmed on every order. Not just at onboarding. Not periodically. Every dispatch, every time. If a carrier's credentials don't clear, they don't get your vehicle.

If We Fall Short
If Approved Auto Transport fails to deliver on any of these four promises, we will refund your broker fee in full within 5 business days of a verified claim. No lengthy claims process. If we didn't do what we said, you don't pay us for it.
This guarantee covers the broker fee paid to Approved Transport Group LLC only. It does not cover carrier transport costs, which are subject to the carrier's own cargo insurance and liability coverage.

We can't guarantee exact pickup or delivery times to the hour — once a carrier is en route, weather, traffic, road closures, and federal hours-of-service regulations are outside anyone's control. We can't guarantee zero delays once your vehicle is in transit — but Approved Auto Transport can guarantee you won't be left in the dark. Your coordinator stays reachable from booking to delivery.
